Do I have to add the Happy Lungs formula to my juice?
No you do not. All of our flavored juices already contain the Happy Lungs formula.

Does your juice work with any e-cigarette?
The recommended e-cig for our juice is the EVOD 2.2 ohm with the ego 650 mAh battery. The EVODs fit all ego batteries. Because we do not use chemicals as thinners, our herbs and organic flavors can burn . This e-cig combination gives a beautiful result with our juice, is very affordable, and user friendly. Just shake our juice and taste a drop. It should vape as it tastes, pure and true to its flavor.

Why do you only offer 16 mg nicotine?
Because with the Happy Lungs formula, you do not need nicotine. We offer 16 mg for those customers who really love their nicotine. It helps us keep our costs down by not having the additional bottling of several strengths, so we can keep our product affordable for you. If you want a lower strength, you can simply buy 0 nicotine and 16 mg nicotine and mix to a lower strength.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship same day/next day if your order is received early enough. We shop the best rate and service for you between priority mail and FedEx.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee as long as you are using it in a device that does not burn it at a higher voltage than recommended (see question #2).

Where does your nicotine come from?
We extract organic tobacco for our nicotine.

Do your flavors have sugar in them?
We do not use food grade flavorings that are intended for baking. All of our flavors are directly extracted from the fruit, nut or bean with no sugars added.

Why don’t you offer Propylene Glycol?
We have concerns about the use of Propylene Glycol and use glycerin of palm instead.

Do your juices have a lot of vapor?
Yes, our juices vaporize very well.
What is the shelf life of your product?
Our product is fine for 6 months. Keep stored in a cool, dry, dark place for best results. Keep refrigerated if you are not going to use it for quite a while to extent shelf life.
